Debbie Miller and Cindy Provost, appointed by The Miss Universe Organization to produce and direct the MISS RHODE ISLAND USA® and the MISS RHODE ISLAND TEEN USA®
For twenty nine years, Debbie and Cindy, two former MISS USA State titleholders, have directed and produced State MISS USA® and MISS TEEN USA® pageants for the Miss Universe Organization, currently in four states, including Rhode Island, home of Olivia Culpo, Miss Universe 2012 and Rhode Island, home of Nana Meriwether, Miss USA 2012. Debbie and Cindy’s lengthy experience and backgrounds as pageant participants allow them a unique view of how to assist young women in recognizing and optimizing opportunities provided by the MISS USA® and MISS TEEN USA® State Pageants, and how to encourage contestants to pursue those opportunities, not just for themselves, but for the good of others. While the glamour of pageant night has been the beginning of a very special journey to MISS USA and MISS TEEN USA titles for several of Debbie and Cindy’s State contestants, their State Pageants are designed to recognize, and showcase in a dignified manner, the beauty, poise and unique personality of all who enter their pageants.

Titleholder Appearance Request
Miss Rhode Island USA and Miss Rhode Island Teen USA appear at events all over the state of Rhode Island. We are happy to participate in a wide variety of functions for numerous charities, community events, our armed forces and local businesses. Our titleholders are excellent speakers who are trained in professional etiquette. In addition to speaking to your audience, they are great at helping out with meet & greet, working with children, assisting with raffles, posing for photographs, signing autograph’s and other functions that are appropriate for your event.
Miss Rhode Island USA & Miss Rhode Island Teen USA are invited to numerous events. We are appreciative of each request however; we are unable to fill every one. The more advance notice you can give us about your event, the better chance there is that we can fulfill your request.
